Casa Guillermo is an old wine cellar located in the  heart of the sailor district of Cañamelar in Valencia.

 

Guillermo and Carmen, the founders, learned since 1957 the art of salting and marinate  the best quality anchovies.

 

Through the years, the production keeps handmade like in the old days, relieving their children and grandchildren.

 

Nowadays, Casa Guillermo and their anchovies are a model in the art of cooking.  The tradition has been kept since 50 years old.
